My acceptance speech, a few days late!

I would like to thank the academy....

I am finallllllly home.  Again.  It is so good to be home!  The fam and I, along with my mother-in-law went to visit my brother-in-law in Virginia Beach, which on a good, traffic free day is 4 hours away.  It was good to look at the ocean, smell some salt air, shop a little, and eat some fresh seafood, but this girl is staying in hometown for at least a week.  Make it two.  While it's nice to travel, I have no lesson plans for tomorrow, laundry is in the washer, and I should be fixing the frozen pizza I hid away for our return tonight.  But instead...

This girlie is bloggin! (and watchin' some football!  My Packers had a bye week, so I'm watching Pittsburgh and Denver play...go Tebow!)

I digress.  I promised that I would accept the 9 (yes, 9...I wrote them all down so I wouldn't leave anyone out!) awards I received in the past few days.  I was completely blown away.  Again, I'm always surprised that someone other than myself is reading what I type.  Awww :) {cue the warm and fuzzy violin music....yup.}

So, I am following the rules and accepting the Versatile blogger award.  Here are the rules:

1. Thank the person who gave it to you. (Thanking in no particular order:

-I have an awesome daughter, Natalie, who is 2 and is her daddy's twin.
-I was a Sigma Sigma Sigma in college.  Met a lot of good friends there!
-I love music and have played the piano since I was 7.
-I would love to drive a Mini Cooper.  I sat in one this weekend!

-I love all things girly!

3. Pass this award on to 15 other bloggers who deserve such a great award!
